About Free

Tyler Free was born and raised in Seattle. As an undergraduate, he attended Colorado Colege and juggled the demands of a liberal arts education while playing four years of varsity soccer. At Colorado College he met his wife, Kasey.

After college, he moved back to Seattle and received his Master’s in nursing from Seattle University.
He became an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in 2005 and has since been working at Bellevue Family Medicine offering both acute and chronic care for his patients. Tyler became a partner to Bellevue Family Medicine in 2012.

As a graduate from Seattle University, Tyler learned the art of caring for the patient in a holistic manner and enjoys empowering patients with the knowledge they need to keep themselves healthy. As a family practice Nurse Practitioner, his mission is health education and disease prevention.

Tyler still plays soccer several nights a week, and he and his wife enjoy traveling to new and exotic places. Tyler has a passion for all Seattle sports and when he is not spending his free time with his two children, you can find him training for triathlons.
